Abstract
Venture capital is the motivation of an economy, and it is also a necessary part of economic strategy. The government should take the supporting policies under their long-term strategy consideration. At the same time, the government should ensure the transparency of the information and the stringency of execution. The government supports can be given from three levels according to the venture capital flow: first, establishing the exterior macroscopic environment, mainly the law system and the policy system; second helping to supply more project flow, funds and human resources; third, supervising the intermediates and the capital market.
