Power Point slides EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Company: The company will be known as Victory Real Estate Services and will provide services like finding accommodation and leasing of rooms for rent for students, complete lodging units for families – both local and expatriates, space for offices (Commercial), packaging- moving, and delivery at affordable rates. Marketing Strategy: The company being a real estate agency will be featured as a convenience service. Other advertising will be achieved through placement of ads in newspapers, leaflet distribution, brochures placed in strategic locations like MRT but more so from our word of mouth activities. The company will aim at providing lodging solutions to both locals and foreigners. A study of the market based on demographics, user status and benefits sought will enable an effective segmentation and will aid in identifying the target audience in each segment.
