摘 要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,信息化正以不可思议的速度渗透到各个领 域,电池作为一项传统产业,在通信、动力及军用领域都发挥着极重要的作用。本文是研究电动车蓄电池智能充电器的控制模块,在对传统充电器进行研究后,提出了智能充电器的设计方案。本设计系统是基于PIC16F716单片机开发的智能充电器,该充电器采用三段式充电,三个阶段切换由单片机控制,通过对脉宽调制(PWM)的占空比调整而实现不同充电过程。本文对电池充电技术进行简要介绍,阐述了充电器设计思路、系统组成;重点分析了单片机控制部分的功能及实现方法,完成了硬件电路设计,以及单片机控制软件设计编成。本设计能提高充电器智能化水平,更精确的实现充电过程控制,保护电池,延长电池寿命。

Design of 12V Intelligence Pulse Battery Charger
Abstract:With the rapid development of IT, information technology penetrates into various fields at incredible speed. As a traditional industry, battery plays a very important role in the communications, power and military fields. This paper studies mainly the intelligent control module of electric car’s battery charger. After studying traditional chargers, the design scheme of intelligent Charger is proposed. The smart charger in the system is developed on the basis of the PIC16F716 microcontroller. The Charger adopts syllogism charge. The switch of three phases are controlled by microcomputer, Different charge process is realized by regulating the dutyfactor of the pulse PWM.
This article introduces briefly to the battery charge technology, and elaborates the design route of the battery charger and the system composition, and analyzes the function and the realization method of the SCM’s control part. The hardware circuit and the SCM’s control software are designed. This design can improves the intellectualization level of the battery charger, realize the control to the charge process more precisely, and lengthens the battery life.
