DC-DC电源转换器设计
摘要:随着电子技术的飞速发展,集成电路工作电压越来越低,工作速度越来越高,需求功率越来越大,要求其电源装置小体积高效率,低电压大电流输出。这一趋势对供电装置的设计提出了严峻的挑战。本文对大功率高效率DC-DC转换技术进行研究,设计了一种DC-DC转换器系统。该系统基于开关电源中的降压型BUCK拓扑变换器结构,以UC3845作为系统的核心控制芯片,以MOSFET器件SPN75NF75作为主功率开关,采用恒频电流模式控制,完成了“DC-DC”变换器的应用设计。设计的DC-DC转换器,能将30-60V的直流电源转换为输出为12V的稳定直流电源,额定输出电流10A,转换效率达到95%,完成了硬件制作。文中详细介绍了该系统的设计思路和系统调试的方法,给出了系统的电路原理图和PCB图。

Design of DC-DC conversion system
Abstract:With the rapid development of electronic technology, integrated circuit’s working voltage is more and more low, working speed is more and more high and the demand power is more and more big. Its power device is required to have a small volume, high efficiency, low voltage and high current output. In this paper, the DC-DC conversion technology of the high-power and high-efficiency and a DC-DC conversion system is introduced. This system is based on the BUCK topology conversion structure in the switch power supply. It takes UC3845 as the core control chip of the system,It takes the MOSFET apparatus SPN75NF75 as its main power switch.and uses constant-frequency current mode control to complete the application design of DC-DC converter. The DC-DC converter can convert 30-60V DC power supply into stable 12V DC power supply. Its rated output current is 10A and the conversion efficiency is 95%. In the paper, the design and debugging methods of the system are introduced in detail, and the circuit theory chart and PCB chart of the system is given, and the hardware production is completed too.
