Design of Book Purchasing Management System under Internet Environment
Abstract： In recent years, with the popularity of the Internet and digital technology development, large numbers of online procurement system begin to come. To the book distribution industry sales, online procurement system will be a strong competitor, but to the majority of the library staff interviews, online procurement system is a "heroic battlefield".At present, the college libraries still lack of a scientific method of procurement and its mathematical model for the procurement of books. According to the literature demand and published volume of each discipline, How to distribute limited funds reasonably, effectively and in pro rata, and formulate a set of scientific procurement strategy, how to combine procurement of books with computer database and decision support technology, how to meet the needs of teaching and research at the best and develop in pro rata, fairly and reasonably in the library collection in various disciplines and levels, which have become a problem that is concerned and studied in the library field.The system is designed to achieve the existing situations encountered in the various library procurement and large data storage based database and its data classification, search and statistics. We realize the convenient and friendly interface as possible in the process of our study. The management modules of the system can operate on the LAN network platform.
