| 4 结束语 资源基础论是理解IT如何带来持续竞争优势的较好框架,但它也存在一定的局限性。首先,在互补性资源的识别上,还需要借鉴组织理论和组织行为方面的研究;其次,在如何度量IT和其它资源的互补性上,基于资源的观点也没有给予很好的回答;最后,理论的研究终归要应用于实践,因此,给出一套切实可行的测度IT 能力的方法并指导企业如何建立自己的IT 能力以带来持续竞争优势是重要的,这应成为后续研究的重点。
