4 (基于关系的资源与企业资源获取行为的创租机制)研究结论把资源获取的目光不仅仅放在企业的外部,还要放在企业内部,这对企业来说是十分有益的。它不仅合理扩大了企业资源获取的范围,而且还对企业现有资源体系效率的提高具有潜在的推动作用。基于关系的资源的企业资源获取机制,强调了基于企业内外部各种关系来获取目标资源的相关信息在企业创租过程中的重要性。这种机制与传统的资源基础论的资源获取机制相比,具有以下明显区别: (1) 把资源获取的范围由企业外部扩大到企业内部,把获取对象明确分解为目标资源及其相关信息(基于关系的资源) ,并把两者放在了同等重要的地位,以促进企业提高创租的潜力和效率。 (2) 把目标资源的相关信息分解为“做什么”的用途信息和“怎么做”的方法信息,并引入员工非官方价值活动来解释其内部来源,使人们能够清楚地看到,目标资源的信息获取行为是一个连续性的过程,这个过程既可以促进有价值的内、外部新资源的产生,也能够促进这些资源使用效率的不断提高。 (3) 信息获取的连续性机制,揭示了企业在实际获取目标资源之前,只能判断出目标资源的初始效率值,而非传统资源基础论的资源获取机制所认为的实际效率值。人们只有在企业内部不断地获取资源的相关信息,才能有效地拓展企业各种资源的效率空间,真正提高资源的创租潜力。 参 考 文 献: [1] Barney J B.
